Treatment stages

Primary surgical treatment was performed: nonviable tissue was removed, the wound was debrided, and hemostasis was achieved. Novoskin dressing was applied to the cleaned wound bed. Eight dressing changes at 10–12-day intervals. After the first change, active wound cleansing and healthy granulation were noted.

formation of mature granulation, onset of epithelialization
After 3 months
complete healing of the defect without skin grafting

no scar deformity; skin fully restored
Review Лечащий врач
Novoskin performed excellently on a complex crush wound with deep necrosis. Even without skin grafting, full restoration of the skin cover and tissue elasticity was achieved.
